In this exclusive private tasting experience, join us in ‘Tom’s Room’ and discover some of Brown Brothers premium and iconic back vintage wines, that have been carefully aged in the family cellar, including the rare Cellar Collection Grand Muscadelle

“Tom’s Room” was originally built in 1902 by John Francis Brown as a distillery and was originally fitted with a 60-gallon wood-fired pot still. Throughout the 50s & 60s, John Graham Brown used this room to prepare the labels for cellar door sales.

Tom Seabrook came to work for the Brown family in the late 70’s at the cellar door. Tom had a huge passion for teaching people about the joys of wine. He believed deeply that wine should be matched with food, realizing that when wine lovers are tasting delicious wine, they need food to match.  

Tom Seabrook retired in 1984 and died shortly afterwards. His portrait which graces the old distillery, renamed "Toms Room" was painted just before his death.

Guests will be joined by one of our experienced wine experts for a fully guided tasting accompanied by house-made cheese, charcuterie, crostini & produce fresh from our kitchen garden, specifically designed to complement these premium and rare wines.
