Invite your guests to a delicious lunch featuring our Chef selected share platters, with dishes taken from our wine bar menu. The menu includes a selection of cold antipasto and cheese platters, salads, hot items and specials from the wine bar. Dietary requirements can be catered for with prior notice.
Enjoy a complimentary glass of sparkling on arrival.
Further drinks may be purchased at bar prices or you can purchase our beverage package.
Included is a Brown Brothers wine tumbler as our gift to you, and for you to use for the afternoon.
Relax with guests and enjoy a uniquely styled pop up picnic in a bespoke bel tent furnished with low line tables, rugs and cushions.
$68 per person (minimum 12 guests, maximum 40 guests)
Package begins at 11.45am, concluding at 4pm.
Lunch is served at 12 noon sharp.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
GROUP NUMBERS, DIETARY REQUIREMENTS AND PAYMENT
Minimum twelve (12) persons per booking. Final numbers should be confirmed two (2) weeks prior to the function.
Final payment required seven (7) days prior to the function.
Dietary requirements: All dietary requirements can be catered provided prior notice is given. All requirements should be advised at least two (2) weeks prior.
All prices are inclusive of GST. Pricing subject to change.
Cancellation within seven (7) days of booking will incur a $10 per person cancellation fee, based on the initially booking numbers.
Cancellation within 48 hours of booking will incur 100% cancellation fee, including any beverage package costs, based on the final numbers advised.
RESPONSIBLE SERVICE OF ALCOHOL
Brown Brothers practices Responsible Service of Alcohol. Your function is strictly NO BYO. Breaching the NO BYO policy will result in the immediate termination of your function with no refund applicable.
If any member of your group is intoxicated, abusive, offensive or disruptive, we reserve the right to refuse further service and request you leave our premises. If deemed intoxicated, alcohol service will cease no matter package inclusions or times.
The person making the booking shall be held responsible for any damage to property, fixtures or fittings, whether inflicted by their own actions or through the actions of their guests, contractor or subcontractors. This person shall be liable for the cost to repair or replace damaged items. Brown Brothers is not liable for any loss, damage, cost or liability suffered or incurred directly or indirectly by in connection to your function.
As this is an outdoor event the weather can impact the day. Consultation regarding the relocation of your function will be made in the week prior.
• Wet weather: If wet weather occurs the function will be relocated to an area at the discretion of Brown Brothers, we cannot always guarantee a private space as a substitute but will advise prior to booking what the options would be for your booking date. Where possible, this may include some decor and styling.
• Extreme Heat: During the summer months temperatures can rise to over 40 degrees, we will always position the function in shade of trees and umbrellas.
GUEST CODE OF CONDUCT
The person making the booking is agreeing to all terms and conditions and is responsible for all persons attending the function and any persons providing goods and services in relation to the function. All persons must comply with the listed terms and conditions.
Brown Brothers reserves the right to suspend, terminate or control a function at any time, if deemed necessary, to protect property or protect any persons from injury, harm or risk.
Brown Brothers is a family venue, therefore we respectfully request that groups conduct themselves with consideration for our other visitors, which include children.
